APRIL 2010
- Six inhabitants were hospitalized from time to time for different problems in different hospitals. Nine unclaimed Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation among them one was Kiranjit Kaur who was 9 month pregnant at the time of admission and was being harassed by her husband and was referred by DC Ropar and DSSO Ropar on 29th of April.
- Nine inhabitants were handed over to their guardians from different states Under Mission Milaap. Mostly of them were missing from many years.
- On 4th of April A New Branch at Jhanjehri was inaugurated. The function was organised and many honourable guests made a speech. Langer was served to the guests.
- On 8th ‘Punjab Today’ magazine published the success story of Mission Milaap. The copy of same is enclosed. The destitute belong to different state and different community have been handed over to their respective families after lot of efforts. There are lot of examples available with us which may be furnished with proof on demand.
- On 10th April Bibi Rajinder Kaur along with team left for Awareness Campaign at Talwandi Sabo, Bathinda on Baisakhi Mela. On 15th April Shamsher Singh ji attended Swae Chetna Campaign on “Today’s Writers Role” at Sultanpur Lodhi.
- On 15th Awareness Campaign was finalized from Talwandi Sabo.
MARCH 2010
- Fifteen inhabitants were hospitalized.
- Eight Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation.
- Thirteen inhabitants were handed over to their guardians from different states Under Mission Milaap. Mostly of them were missing from many years and Mukesh met his family after 11 years.
- On 1st of March a New Doctor was appointed on regular basis visit for Centre.
- On 2nd March Team from Anandpur Sahib reached back after 6 days of Awareness Campaign on social evils.
- On 12th Dr. Arjun Arya had his periodic psychiatric check-up visit at Padiala centre
- On 15th A team of doctors with various specialities held a disability check-up camp at Padiala centre. The team included Ortho, ENT & Psychiatric specialists from Civil Hospital, 6-phase Mohali. The team made disability certificates of many inhabitants. Later on civil surgeon Mohali Dr.P.K.Sridhar and Assistant Civil Surgeon Dr. V. K. Harjai visited to sign disability Certificates. They appreciated the working of the Society.
- On 16th of March Thirty three inhabitants were brought to the Govt. Hospital and College, Sec 32, Psychiatric Department for their mental disability Check-up. A team of doctors lead by Dr. Paramleen Kaur checked the inhabitants for the same.
FEBURARY 2010
- Seven inhabitants were hospitalized including Vinod who was admitted at Psychiatric department of GMCH Sec 32 Chandigarh for treatment.
- Twelve Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation including Unclaimed Suman who was brought by S.Shamsher Singh to the Society. The pregnant lady was admitted in society for care and rehabilitation.
- Five inhabitants were handed over to their guardians including two Under Mission Milaap.
- On 8th of Feburary Inhabitant Suresh was discharged from Dr. Kaushal’s Hospital after Hip Joint Replacement. He was sent back home in society’s ambulance on his own request.
- Time Tv Channel’s team visited the Centre and captured various activities of the Society Inhabitants.
- On 10th of Feburary needy ortho handicapped Gurpreet Singh s/o S Harjinder Singh of village Dyalpura, Samrala was given a TRYCYCLE. On 12th Suman was brought to IMA hosp. for ultrasound along with Suratwaan for diagnostic tests.
- On 16th Amit was discharged from Kurali Hospital after Amputation of Left Foot Fingers.
- On 17th Makhan Singh and Jaswinder were referred to PGI for further ortho opinion.
- On 20th Unclaimed Kamal Kumar was admitted for care and rehabilitation. He is handicapped and his both legs were amputated.
- On 22nd Old Inhabitant Mohinderpal was brought to Kurali Hospital for his slow movements from where he was referred to GMCH Sec 32, Chandigarh. He got expired on the way to GMCH. Ram Das expired of severe anaemia. He was unable to recover after blood Transfusion also.
- On 25th Bibi Rajinder Kaur left for Anandpur Sahib with her team for Awareness Campaign to show Movies against Social Evils.
- On 27th Mission Milaap was initiated to find the families of the inhabitants with the help of internet. Under the mission the police stations in charge were contacted concerned for Meeta, Sadhu, and Geeta. All the cases were confirmed found by the said Police Stations and this was the Beginning of new Mission.
JANUARY 2010
- On 1st of January the inhabitants and society members were invited by family health & Adventure club, Rupnagar for celebration of New Year.
- On 2nd of January Punjab College of education, Chunni staff and students visited the Jhanjeri campus for celebration of New Year with the inhabitants. The students performed various items to entertain the inhabitants. The inhabitants equally participated in the events.
- On 7th and 8th of January Sohana Hospital doctor team hold a camp at Padiala to check blood groups, eye sight and general check up of inhabitants & staff. Col. Balwant Singh lead the team of doctors.
- Suresh from Ropar was admitted in Kaushal Hospital, Kharar for Ortho treatment (Hip joint transplant).
- On 11th of January Smt. Rajinder Kaur along with team of Sewadars left for Muktsar Maghi Mela awareness campaign. There the movie shows of ‘Deeva’ & other awareness Movies on social evils were shown leading to huge success.
- On 13th Lohri was celebrated at Padiala campus by the Society Sewadars and inhabitants. They danced, sang and enjoyed a lot on the accession.
- On 19th of January Dr. Col Rajinder Singh from Chandigarh visited the Padiala campus for psychiatric check up and counselling of inhabitants.
- On 20th Swastik Art and culture centre, Dhabin (HP) held a Drama & awareness camp at Padiala campus for TB & Leprosy. The team was lead by Sh. Swinder Singh.
- Dr. Arjun Arya held his periodic check up campaign at Padiala.
- Principal & staff members of Sukhman Nursing College, Dera Bassi visited the Society at Padiala.
- On 29th of January Yoga College of health, Chandigarh teachers hold an yoga exercise camp at Padiala centre. The teacher taught various yoga exercises to the inhabitants.
- On 30th of January Rayat & Bahra college, Sahoran’s staff & students visited the Padiala centre for their community program campaign. The visitors interacted with inmates to entertain them.
- Mentally challenged inhabitant Rajiv, was admitted in special school Blue Bird School at Ropar.
- During the month of January 13 inhabitants were admitted in society for care and rehabilitation.
- One of inhabitants Kamaldev was handedover to his guardians.
- Four inhabitants were hospitalized for treatment in different hospitals.
December 2009
- Ten inhabitants were hospitalized including Sadhu for leg operation.
- Eleven Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation including Gurnam whose leg was infected by maggots.
- Two inhabitants were handed over to their guardians.
- On 3rd of December Disability day was celebrated at Padiala campus by the Society. A team from PTC, Mohali also visited the Padiala campus to celebrate disability day with inhabitants.
- Dr. Harpal Singh (Dentist) and team from Kurali Hospital visited the Padiala campus for dental check up camp for the inhabitants.
- On 6th of December Dr. k. k. Singh MD from Nawan Shahar along in the Sh. P. S Dhillon, GM operations, Krishana Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital visited the Society. They assure their further assistance to the Society in future.
- Dr. Arjun Arya along with Dr. Neena & consoler Navreet did their periodic visit at Padiala for psychiatric check up
- Awareness movie was shown at village Ghanauli (Rupnagar).
- On 8th of December SMO Kharar S. Jai Singh along with team of two MO visited the Society.
- S. Shamshar Singh & Charanjit Singh met the SSP Kharar Sh. GPS Bhullar to introduce the Society and to request him for help in finding the families of missing persons at Society. They also invited the SSP to visit the Society.
- On 11th of December Govt. hospital Sec-32 Chandigarh psychiatric Head Dr. B. S Chavan held a medical camp at Society. His team checked the inhabitant for mental status and checked the IQ’s. The team assessed the disabilities among inhabitants and issued the certificates for disabilities.
- Baba Ji telefilm Producer, Director Mr. Ashok Kumar made a movie of routine activities of the Society and the engagement of inhabitant in various works. He also interviewed Bibi Rajinder Kaur, S. Sarja Singh Pannu & Sh Charnjeet Singh
- A team from Govt College of yoga education & health 23-A, Chandigarh held a yoga camp for inhabitants.
- On 16th of December Dental checkup camp was held at Padiala campus by CMC Ludhiana dental college.
- DSP Ropar FCRA visited Society Campus.
- On 23rd of December Bibi Rajinder Kaur & S. Charanjit Singh visited the site for Society four day awareness campaign at Fatehgarh Sahib on the occasion of Jor Mela.
- On 28th of December team from children home Roper visited Padiala campus against registration case of the Society as children Home. On 30th of December warm and other clothes including stationary was distributed to the poor students of Blue Bird School Roper by Society Members.
- S. Shamsher Singh ji was especially invited to address people for awareness speech in Self Awareness Camp at Moga.
November 2009
- Eight inhabitants were hospitalized. Five Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation Ten inhabitants were handed over to their guardians.
- On 2nd of November sh Avinash Rai Khanna, Ex-M.P & member Punjab human right committee visited the Padiala camps and discussed the possible improvement in Society. Group of male & female inhabitants were brought to Sacred Souls School of Gharuan for celebration of Shri Guru NanakDev ji Purab. They listened to the Kirtan and had Langar there.
- On 3rd of November a team of CNEB TV Channel visited the Padiala campus and shoot the various activities and conditions of the campus. SBI, Chandigarh donated cheque for purchase of Ambulance (Maruti Omni) to the Society.
- Dr. Upinderjit Singh Jogi of Canada lead the team of doctors from USA with various specialities to check the inhabitants at free of cost. The team also included famous singer Firoz Khan.
- On 6th of November Mr. R. K Arora, GM & Mr. V. K Mitra, senior HR Manager from Indian Oil visited the Padiala campus to hand over donated cheque worth Rs. 1,00,000 (one lac) to the Society for construction of Langar hall at Jhanjeri campus.
- Bhai Panth preet Singh (Katha Wachak ) visited the Jhanjeri campus to see the working of Society.
- On 14th of November Team of Govt doctors from Padiala visited the Society for taking samples of all inhabitants & staff for malaria (Dengue).
- Sacred Soul’s School, Gharuan children & staff visited the Padiala campus to see inhabitants.
- Sant Farid Public School, Mandi Gobindgarh’s students & staff visited the Padiala campus to see inhabitants and share their good time with inhabitants.
- On 19th of November D.S.S.O. Gurnam Singh visited the Padiala campus.
- On 22nd of November S. Shamsher Singh ji went Upper Sanwara (H. P) to help an unclaimed pregnant lady in miserable conditions.
- On 25th of November the H. O. D psychiatric dept Sec 32 Chd. Dr. B.S. Chavan visited campus and appreciated the Society working and met the inhabitants to know their status. He assured his services to Society in future.
- On 29th of November Sh. Surjit Singh, Civil judge, Kharar and Sh. K. K Goyal, Sub div Judicial Magistrate visited the Padiala campus and appreciated the working of the Society.

- Three inhabitants were hospitalized, Seven Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation, Two inhabitants were handed over to their guardians.
- Principal correspondent the Indian Express Jasneet Bindra visited the Padiala campus to Know about working of the Society. She met the inhabitants.
- Dr. S. S. Chhina, Chief Editor, Indian Journal of Industrial Economic & Development & Chairman Universal College & ITI, Dhariwal visited the Padiala campus to see the working of the Society. He met the inhabitants.
- On 14th of October candles (Made by inhabitants) exhibition stall was held at Bhaddal Engineering College, Ropar.
- Anny School Teachers and children visited the Padiala campus and entertained the inhabitants. Inhabitants equally participated in the events.
- Various Judges and Advocates from Mohali court visited the Padiala campus and distributed fruits to the inhabitants.
- On 15h of October Temporary candle sale stall was opened at Padiala campus main gate.
- On 17h of October Diwali Day Celebrations: -Complete campus was thoroughly cleaned and fragranced with sweet smells. -Fruits and sweets were distributed to the inhabitants. A set of two blankets & Rs 200, & fruits were gifted to each employee. -Inhabitants were entertained with music, dancing and playing games with them. -Awareness pamphlets on cracker pollution were distributed to the passer by. -Two awareness movies were shown to the inhabitants on big screen at Padiala campus.
- Senior Citizens Group from Chandigarh visited the Padiala campus and assured assistance in future.
- On 23rd of October Indian oil officials visited the Padiala campus.
- On 24th of October Ms. Dalvir Kaur Principal of Navodaya Vidyalaya visited the Padiala campus.
- Kartar Kaur (80yrs) was admitted in Society for care and treatment.
- Tree saplings were donated to S. Jaspal Singh ji of Kharar.

- Five inhabitants were hospitalized including Baljit Singh (Inmate) was admitted to PGI for hip joint replacement. Seven Inhabitants were admitted for care, treatment and rehabilitation Three inhabitants were handed over to their guardians.
- On 12th of September Bibi Rajinder Kaur & Charanjit Singh attended the Parents. Meet (Mentally retarded children) and had a talk with National Trust Chairperson at PAU, Ludhiana.
- On 17th of September Dr. Baltej Pannu & Doctors from Navjivni School, Patiala visited the Ashram to see the Inmates.
- On 18th of September mango tree saplings were donated to S. Harbans Singh of vill. Lakhnaur.
- Inhabitants with the help of caretakers started making candles at centre.
- On 27th of September Psychiatrist Dr. Arjun Arya counselled the inhabitants for their mental recovery. Dr Arjun Arya of Arya hospital Manimajra assured that he will visit the site fortnightly for the same purpose.
- Stationery, books & school uniforms were distributed to the Govt. Schools of Shoonk Khurd & Singariwala of Kharar for poor students.
AUGUST 2009
- Two inhabitants were hospitalized. Two Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation three inhabitants were sent Back after rehabilitation. Sheela Rani Patel and Mantosh Rana were discharged on their own consent. As they were feeling better and were boarded on train from Ambala for home at Maharashtra and Bihar Resp. They informed on reaching their homes.
- On 9th of August about 316 plant saplings were donated to the people of village Akalgarh. 50 plant saplings were donated to S. Mohan Singh on request for plantation in cremation ground.
- On 9th of August 2009 Dr. Preetjyot (Medicine Specialist) visited the centre and checked all patient. 100 patients were checked at the camp.
- On 10th of August movie ‘Deeva Bale Hanera Jaye’ made by Society on social evils and awareness was released in Press club Chandigarh.
- On 11th of August Art and craft teacher was appointed for training inhabitants for their improvement.
- On 12 th of August 30 plants saplings donated to S. Khajan Singh ji of # 1603, Phase 4, Mohali.
- On 14th of August 41 plant saplings were donated to subedar Ajit Singh ji for plantation in cremation ground at village Dhanauri (Ropar) Plant saplings were distributed free as follows: 200 saplings to water work, vill. Dhangrali 300 saplings to water work, vill. Latheri 1000 saplings to water work, vill. Kajheri.
- Awareness Movie was shown in village vajidpur, Govt. Sen. Sec. Kanya School at Chamkaur Sahib and village Boothgarh from 19th to 22nd. Many more shows in different villages and colleges. D. F. O Chandigarh Mr. R. R Kakkar visited the Society and proposed a govt. Nursery if provided land for same.

- 15 Inhabitants were admitted for care and rehabilitation Two inhabitants were handed over to their guardians.
- On 5th of July foundation stone laying ceremony was held for extension of existing building at Padiala. The foundation stone was laid by the inmates themselves and the invitees together.
- On 6th of July Punjab College of education, chunni organized an entertainment function at Jhanjeri centre for inhabitants. They involved the inhabitants in all the activities.
- On 22nd of July 2009 TIL team from Zirakpur visited the Padiala centre.
- On 30th of July 2009 free saplings were distributed to the villages & school of Distt Mohali.
MAY 2009
- On 10th of May 2009 Universal Disabled Care-Taker Social Welfare Society has been constructing the new branch building at Jhanjeri (On Landran – Chunni Road) for destitute and disabled persons. Under this work one portion of the building has been completed with the construction of the roof as per availability of the material. The rest portion of the building is incomplete due to the shortage of funds.
- On 24th of May 2009 Universal Disabled Care-Taker Social Welfare Society has started making a documentary on social evils and the needs of destitute and needy persons. About one and half hour film starring Baljit Jakhmi, Parkash Gadhu, Kubir Virk, Bhawna, Manbhawan has been directed by Mr. Jasbir Singh Gill and the scrip is carved by Mr. Harpreet Lovely. Sites of Padiala and Jhanjeri Ashram including various other places are covered in the film. With this film Society has tried to touch through the life of mentally ill persons and harassment.
- On 15th May 2009 on the onset of academic session of books, school uniforms and stationery were distributed free to poor students of different schools of village.

On 4th of April 2009 a medical camp by psychiatrist doctor from Fortis Hospital was organized with the help of Sachikar group. Society provided free medicines to the patients.
MARCH 2009
- On 7th of March 2009 Dr. Upinderjit Singh Jogi of Canada visited the centre and checked all patient. 150 patients were checked at the camp. Free medicines were also distributed to all the patients.
- On 8th of March 2009 award of excellence was honored to Mrs. Rajinder Kaur or celebration of ‘International Women Day’ & it was honored by citizen forum on Human Rights Tricity Chandigarh.
- On 17th of March 2009 tree saplings were distributed in a Gurudwara of vill Ghataur and Shiv Mandir (Nawan Shahar) and two schools of Kharar.
- On 22nd of March 2009 a blood donation camp was organized in village Chatamla & Guru Nanak Dev Ji mission trust Majri from 9.00 to 4.00 PM. Govt. Medical College & General Hospital Doctors & staff of sec- 32 collected blood.
- On 24th of March 2009 A deaf & Dumb boy was admitted in Red Cross Bal Bhawan for his studies.

- On 1st of January 2009 members of Punjabi Virsa Cultural & Welfare Society Regd. Mohali celebrated New Year with inmates at Universal Disabled care-Taker Social Welfare Society, Padiala. Among the guest there were S. Uttam Singh advisor of society, Chairman Jageer Singh Laliya, Joginder Singh President. Fruits and sweets were distributed to the inmates.
- On 13th of January 2009 Rayat & Bahra college management & student celebrated Lohri with inmates at Sahoran campus. The free medical camp was also held there for their check up. Among the guest there were Mr. Avinash Rai Khana M.P, Chairman Rayat & Bahara Group & S. Harjeet Singh Garewal Chairman of Punjab Infotech.
- On 23rd of January 2009 blankets & Dastars were distributed to children at Govt. school, Siyau.

On 4th of Dec 2008 free medical camp of Homeopathic was organized by Dr. Gurpreet Kaur with supported of Sikh Mishnery college. 94 patients were checked at the camp. Free medicines were also distributed to the patients.

- On 7th of Nov 2008 Punjab State Legal Services Authority visited the Ashram to know about the functioning & inmates the delegate made aware about the rights of destitute. S. Shamsher Singh, Mukh Sewadar of the Ashram told them about the problems. Arise due to District & Legal authorities the delegate distributed fruits among the inmates.
- On 30th of Nov 2008 free medical camp was organized by Dr. Inderjit Singh from Charitable Hospital for inmates at the centre. Doctors of several specialists came for check up of patients. 235 patients were checked at the camp. Free medicines were also distributed to the patients.

On 19th of October 2008 Dr. Upinderjit Singh Jogi of Canada and Dr. Harkesh Sandhu of U.S.A. visited the centre with the member of Sahayta Group and checked all patients. 150 patients were checked at the camp. Free medicines were also distributed to all the patients.
On 30th of October 2008 Certificates were distributed to successful female candidates on completion of 6 months duration course of stitching & embroidery in village Kubbaheri by S. Shamsher Singh. The stage was organized by Shaheed Deep Singh Club. On this occasion a play was organized highlighting social evils like foeticide dowry and drug addiction.

On 9th of September 2008 a three months old abandoned baby girl got a home. On the evening of June 18, 2008 an unknown person had left the new born infant baby girl in cradle placed outside the Universal Disabled Care-Taker Social Welfare Society, who had been taking care of her since then. An issueless couple from Patiala adopted the child from this Ashram in Padiala village near Kharar.

On 10th of August 2008 the team of doctors’ visited the Ashram for free eye camp for inmates.
On 18th of August 2008 free uniforms were distributed to poor students in Govt. Primary School village Singhpura (near Kurali) by Bibi Rajinder Kaur wife of S. Shamsher Singh.
On 19th of August 2008 the clothes to poor people were distributed in slum area of Ropar district.
On 25th of August 2008 Mrs. Rajinder Kaur w/o S. Shamsher Singh was honored by Jathedar Giani Kewal Singh of Takht Shri Damdama Sahib on ‘Mahaan Istri Sammelan’ with the coordinatrion of ‘Sikh Missionary College’ and ‘Sikh Naari Manch’.

- On 1st of June a press conference was held in Chandigarh after the completion of Majri Dam Project where all details were presented in front of media to tell why this project was needed to be started.
- On 10th June again a letter was issued to the Society by the Directorate Social Security Women and Children Development Punjab to bring little baby to the Child Welfare Comm. Ropar.
- On 20th June different TV channels covered up the story of baby how she reached the Ashram; print media also published it on the first page.
- On 22nd of June Chhabeel and langer was organized for the passerby.
- On 27th of June a meeting was held with the employees for proper handling of Inmates and their jobs.
- On 29th Kirtan Samagam was held in New Gurdwara Sahib of the Society.

On 17th Doctors from Rayat and Bahra College started giving free services on alternative days for two hours in the Society.
On 23rd of May a big project of Majri Dam was started for the rehabilitation of the near by villages of Majri.
APRIL 2008
- On 17th April a letter was received at Society from Superintendent of Child Home Ropar saying that Society is not authorized to keep the baby whom someone left in the cradle in Nov. 2007 and ordered to hand over her in the Children Home Ropar.
- On 19th of April Copies, Stationary and school dresses were distributed to the poor students of nearby villages whose parents were not able to afford the expenditure. The villages included were Singhpura, Kalewal, Padiala, Barauli, Badanpur, Nanherian, Chtamli, Chtamla, Hasanpur, Shaapur, Rakauli, Ghtaur, Shoran etc…
- On 25th Bhai Ghnayiaa ji’s picture was inaugurated by S. Shamsher Singh in Shiwalik Public school. Free tailoring and embroidery classes were started in different backward villages by providing them sewing and embroidery machines. First village to start classes was Kubba heri.

On 14th of March in order to provide clean environment, varieties of shade providing trees were transplanted at cremation ground at village Ghataur, Distt S.A.S Nagar Mohali.

One new born baby only one day old was put up by some one in the cradle lying at Society’s Main Gate. She was given the name Navjiven. Her care is being taken by the Society.

- On 7th of October S. Karamjit Singh Gill and S. Major Singh Nagra of Radio Watan Canada (Brampton) organised an interview of S. Shamsher Singh the founder of the Society on their Radio Channel in a famous programme ‘Sarbat Da Bhala’.
- On 12th of this month Dr. Upinderjit Singh Jogi of Canada visited the Centre and checked all the patients. He was accompanied by an industrialist Mr Cheema. They distributed free medicines with the help of Sahaita Group.
- On 17th Dr. Harkesh Sandhu from USA associated with Sahaita Group made a kind visit and checked the needy patients. In the near future they committed to help the Society as possible.
- On 20th S Shamsher Singh was hounored by Bhagat Singh Award By village Naglian on the occasion of famous 2nd stage play. On the same day two inmates were handed over to their parents.

The construction work was under progress. One person donated some amount for the construction, and water cooler which had been installed by the road side at National Highway 21 in front of the Society building.

A Book on Society was released on 11th of August by S. Shamsher Singh, which was published and compiled by the Gurdwara Parbandhak committee of village Chatamli, Distt Mohali for the Society.Two of the unclaimed ladies were discharged as they wanted to go on a Pilgrimage, after giving them some financial help.

- A doctor (MBBS) had been employed to facilitate the inmates and local patients of the nearby area. Services are provided from 9 am to 1 pm.
- On 12th of July one of our members went to PUDA (Punjab Urban Development Authority) Office to know whether the Society is permitted to construct the building. On this they issued a notification that you can't use the land for the rehabilitation and care of these persons as you don’t have FIVE ACRE LAND. PUDA kept giving instructions to fulfill the condition of five acre land, otherwise they could demolish the existing building any time saying ‘you have only two Kennal land which is the fourth part of one acre land’.

- On 29th of June, 2007, some rehabilitated along with normal school going children were taken for picnic tour and visited various spots like Chhat Bir (National Park), Gurudwara Nadha Sahib, Rose Garden.
- On 25th june 2007 Medical Camp was organised for poor and needy at Society campus. Doctors of different specialities came for check up of patients. 350 patients were checked at the camp. Free medicines were also distributed to all the patients.

On 13th May 2007 free medical camp was organized to facilitate the patient’s of nearby villages with Doctor’s checkup, prescription and free medicines.With the beginning of this month free sewing and embroidery classes have been started for Society’s girls and local area girls. Every thing that was needed by the students was made available to them at free of cost.

On 12th of April 2007 the cradle system started at the Society’s Main Gate to control female foeticide.

- On 16th of February 2007 the clothes to poor people were distributed in slum area of Ropar district.
- On 21th of February 2007 the team of doctors’ held free eye camp for inmates.
